We can help save that engine!! The Water Pressure Warning light Kit is a way to know when you lose pressure in the cooling system. When you lose pressure, you lose water!
The pressure sensor included in the kit is a 1 wire sensor. You will need to have it installed in something that is grounded. The sensor is set to 4psi +/- 1PSI. Low enough that it turns the LED off quickly, but high enough that you will still have time to shut the engine down before overheating.
The BLUE LED that is included fits a 3/4in hole with the included grommet. It is SUPER bright and can be easily seen even on the brightest of days. It is sealed against the elements and can be mounted in place of traditional warning lights on gauge panels, or anywhere you can drill a 3/4in hole and access the back for the wiring.
We include 10 feet of 16 gauge wire. Enough to reach anywhere you would need and still have extra!
The picture shows standard butt connectors, but we include 3 HEAT SHRINK connectors! They are a quick simple way to connect the whole system. We will be updating the pictures ASAP.
Also included is 2 ring terminals 1/4 and 3/8in sized. This combined with the 3rd butt connector should be everything you need to connect the the kit to power and ground.
