We have you covered! Legacy Race Products has a new Mid Mount that replaces them! The mid mount attaches to the transmission and runs backwards to the K member for a rock solid attachment. Simply remove your front mount, bolt on the new mount, attach the heim to your Kmember with the supplied spacers or bracket, adjust the length for your perfect engine angle, and enjoy!
Made of 1/2in aluminum the center plate is robust and light. The teflon lined heim joints are strong and durable. The hex adjuster tube makes fine tuning the length super easy. Included in the kit is your choice of spacers to run this mount with your factory bobble strut mount on the K-member, or a weld on bracket to attach to the K member. We recommend the weld on bracket as it is thicker and stronger steel then the factory mount, but we recognize not everyone has the ability to weld a bracket on.
A variation of this bracket has been in use for over 2 full season on our 200+whp stock cars with no issues whatsoever.
